– Gift cards
– Perishable goods (e.g., batteries)

2. How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at support@yesgadgets.com or call us at 0746 125 231. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original invoice and the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refund Process

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or color, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
