- Orders processed by 2:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery within Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Kilimani, South B/C, Kasarani, Thika Road, and surrounding areas.
- Delivery fee: KES 200–350 depending on location.
- Time window: 2–6 hours after dispatch.
Nairobi Outskirts & Satellite Towns
- Includes Kiambu, Ruiru, Juja, Rongai, Kitengela, Ngong, Limuru, Thika.
- Delivery within 24 hours of order processing.

Nationwide Delivery (Countrywide)
- Available to all 47 counties via our courier partners (G4S, Fargo, Aramex Kenya, or Wells Fargo).
- Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

4. Payment Before Dispatch
All orders must be fully paid before dispatch. We accept:

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier contact via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website or call us on 0746 152 231 for a real-time update.
6. Packaging & Handling
All devices are securely packaged to prevent transit damage. Phones and electronics are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy boxes. Original box and accessories (where applicable) are included.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to the customer being unreachable or providing an incorrect address:
- The courier will attempt delivery once more at no extra charge.
- A second re-delivery attempt may attract a KES 200 re-delivery fee.
- After two failed attempts, the item is returned to our store and held for 7 days for collection.
8. Damaged or Wrong Item on Delivery
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete order:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp on 0746 152 231 with photos/video.
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
- Do not sign/accept a delivery if the package is visibly tampered with.

All devices come with their respective warranties (Ex-UK, Ex-USA, Dubai, or East Africa warranty as listed on the product page). Warranty claims are handled in-store at HH Towers or via our customer service line.
