7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to the customer being unreachable or providing an incorrect address:

  • The courier will attempt delivery once more at no extra charge.
  • A second re-delivery attempt may attract a KES 200 re-delivery fee.
  • After two failed attempts, the item is returned to our store and held for 7 days for collection.
